Our production crews have successfully completed thousands of re-roofs. Our crew leads have been with us an average of 10 years each. All of our applicators have have been trained and certified as Master Single Applicators.
A native of Chicago and certified scuba diver, Bob came west to study at the University of Washington, with hopes of becoming the next Jacque Cousteau. He graduated with a BS in Biology and Psychology. After working for Alaska’s Department of Fish and Game and a stint on a crab boat on the Bering Sea, Bob came back to the UofW and got his teaching credentials. He taught Math and Science for several years and during summer breaks did some roofing and construction. During this time Bob married Barbara and with the arrival of their first daughter, Bob decided to pursue the roofing business full time. With some homemade signs and used equipment, Redmond Roofing was born. Just as the Hernacki family grew with the addition of two more daughters, so did the company. Now, besides running three reroofing crews and one repair crew, Bob stays busy with activities in his church, spending time with friends and family and of course cheering on the Seahawks!
Vice President and accountant (SPU degrees in Accounting and Psychology): Barbara’s accounting background and organization skills have been a key to our company’s success.
Dale started with us in 2003. His deep technical product knowledge helps our customers make informed choices. He has background as a representative for roofing manufactures and window and skylight firms. Dale’s non-pushy style makes him a perfect fit for our firm. Dale graduated from the University of Oregon with a BS degree in Business and Marketing.
Rochelle joined the RR family in 2015 and has since transformed our repair process/team into a lean, mean roofing machine. Under her direction our repair team’s efficiency has become unparalleled, allowing us to provide faster and more economical services with seamless communication.
Our crews are not seasonal workers, they are full time employees with; medical benefits, vacation time, sick leave, and incentive pay. We at Redmond Roofing strongly believe in going the extra mile when it comes to taking care of our personnel. We often provide on site lunch, sometimes coffee in the morning and we throw the occasional party.
In addition - any subcontractors we use on our projects are highly experienced professionals with the same dedication as our own employees. The strong relationships we’ve developed with these “ subs” enhance our ability to serve you.
